ESG Review and Analysis                                                         

Assessment of key “E” (Environment) elements in client ESG initiatives. Perform feasibility studies and implementation plans for net zero carbon, net zero energy, and net zero water strategies. Provide regulatory compliance, policy, and competitive assessment of environmental and sustainability initiatives.

ESG Reporting                                                              

Support compilation of periodic reports that measure client’s energy and environmental performance.  Develop and produce data-based annual reporting that includes required industry relevant metrics. Develop processes to monitor, track ongoing progress against the company’s overall ESG goals related to environmental and sustainability.

ESG Execution                                                                

Provide high-impact sustainability investment recommendations and ancillary revenue initiatives from sustainability assets. Define investment/business cases & proforma economics and perform due diligence of risks & mitigation strategies.
